Armenia and Turkey: Changing Social and Political Boundaries After the Genocide

Ugur Umit Üngör, a scholar from the University of Utrecht (The Netherlands) was a keynote speaker at an international conference entitled “Armenia-Turkey: Paving the Way for Dialogue,” organized by CRRC Armenia. In his speech entitled "Armenia and Turkey: Changing Social and Political Boundaries after the Genocide," Ugur Umit Üngör discusses some of the major issues between Armenia and Turkey in the post-genocide era, including recognition, mutual perceptions, political borders, changing roles, and identity.
The conference was held at the Yerevan State University on May 18 and 19, 2017, and was LIVE streamed by CivilNet.
