Bishop Bagrat Galstanyan: “Without Understanding Armenia, We Cannot Do Anything”

Bishop Bagrat Galstanyan, Primate of the Diocese of Tavush in Armenia was present at the INNOVATE ARMENIA, the festival of ideas and innovation that took place at the University of Southern California on May 18, 2019.

He talked about the rural development in Armenia and specifically the current situation in his region of Tavush.

Innovate Armenia is organized by the USC Institute of Armenian Studies. The program featured fifty participants, from six countries, and nearly 4,000 attendees. This is the fourth time in five years that this unique event has been staged by the Institute.
