Pedestrians on Northern Avenue in downtown Yerevan will often see street entertainers like violinists, guitarists to accordion players. But this week an unusual act drew hundreds, who watched with great interest, took lots of pictures and home videos. The ooh’s and ah’s and applause were for a group of Peruvians, who performed traditional South American dances and music.
