Sarkis Shahinian, Honorary President of the Switzerland-Armenia Association talks about the decision by the European Court of Human Rights in the Dogu Perincek v Switzerland case where the veracity of the Armenian Genocide was questioned. Shahinian discussed the legal ramifications of this decision on the Swiss legal system and how it leaves room for Turkey to continue its policy of denial by questioning the veracity of Genocide ahead of the 100th anniversary in 2015.
