Karabakh President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a de-mobilization decree, after declaring a partial mobilization earlier this month .
General Vitaly Balasanyan, the secretary of Karabakh’s Security Council, visited the town of Berdzor, also known as Lachin, together with representatives of the Russian peacekeeping contingent and the Azerbaijani side.
In an interview with Turkish media, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov accused Armenia of delaying implementation of previously reached agreements, especially regarding the Zangezur corridor.
