Armenia and Azerbaijan did not reach common positions in Brussels, says Pashinyan

Armenia and Azerbaijan did not reach common positions on important issues at the Brussels summit, says Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Tigran Avinyan, a close ally of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, will be put forward as Yerevan’s deputy mayor at a city council session.

Azerbaijani forces opened fire at Armenian positions in the southeastern section of the border.

Philip Reeker, the new U.S. co-chair to the Minsk Group, arrived in Yerevan for his first official visit in that capacity.
