Stefan Müller-Altermatt, a member of the National Council of Switzerland, is in Armenia as part of a Swiss parliamentary delegation. He and his colleagues have had meetings with high-ranking Armenian officials and will visit Jermuk, a resort town that is still reeling from Azerbaijan’s unprecedented attack on Armenia last month. Müller-Altermatt sat down with CivilNet to discuss the purpose of the visit, ways to invigorate relations between Armenia and Switzerland, and how Switzerland can support Armenian democracy.
