Is Russia reasserting itself amid growing Western engagement in Armenia?

Since Azerbaijan’s mid-September attack on Armenia, there has been a flurry of diplomatic activity in the region. Richard Giragosian, Director of the Regional Studies Center, sat down with CivilNet to discuss the EU civilian mission recently deployed to Armenia, as well as the OSCE needs assessment team that has also been sent to the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
