An attack by Azerbaijani forces in Nagorno-Karabakh on Sunday morning left three Armenian police officers dead and one seriously injured. Baku said two of its soldiers were killed in the incident. Karabakh’s Interior Ministry reported that the attack occurred near Stepanakert.
