Azerbaijani forces have blocked the Goris-Stepanakert highway, between the villages of Aghavno and Tegh, in the early hours of this morning. Nagorno-Karabakh’s Interior Ministry reported today that a new road between Tegh and Kornidzor, which bypasses the closed road, and then connects to the new Kornidzor-Hin Shen road, which started operating in August 2022, is ready for operations. Having said that, asphalting works continue on the Tegh-Kornidzor road.
