  • Azerbaijani soldiers shelled Armenian positions in Artsakh, wounding an Armenian soldier and damaging a residential home.
  • Azerbaijani crews removed a cross from an Armenian church in the town of Berdzor, also known as Lachin, apparently in a bid to turn it into a mosque. Berdzor was handed over to Azerbaijan in the aftermath of the 2020 Karabakh War.

  • The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) called on Azerbaijan to restore energy and gas supplies to Artsakh and reopen the Lachin Corridor – the only overland route between Artsakh and Armenia.
