Baku says it will release detained Karabakh students

  • Azerbaijan said it will hold the three Nagorno-Karabakh students who were detained yesterday for 10 days before deporting them.
  • Stepanakert said it had not agreed to a proposal by Baku to supply humanitarian aid to the region, after Azerbaijani media reported supplies were already en route.
  • Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and French President Emmanuel Macron spoke by phone to review the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Nagorno-Karabakh.
