For four years, the Camp Nairi of the Armenian General Benevolent Union has been hosting the children, sisters, brothers of those who were killed, or have been captured, wounded during the second Artsakh war. The camp, located in Hankavan, Armenia, also hosts displaced children from Artsakh. In a conversation with CivilNet, the director of the camp, Hermine Duzyan, tells us about the difficulties of the daily lives of the campers, and their future plans.

In Armenia’s Berkaber village, border delimitation with Azerbaijan sparks hopes
The village of Berkaber lies on one side of the Joghaz reservoir, an artificial lake that forms part of the border between Armenia’s northeastern Tavush region and Azerbaijan’s northwestern Gazakh district. As part of a landmark border delimitation agreement reached in April, Armenian and Azerbaijani forces withdrew from some of their positions near the village in July.
