Russia’s Gazprom earmarks $360M for new Armenia investment program: THIS WEEK IN BUSINESS

  • The Armenian government formally took a 12.5% stake in the Amulsar gold mine project after repeated delays. Operations at the mine are now slated to begin late next year.
  • Armenia will pay U.S. law firm Foley Hoag $2.5 million to defend it in a historic arbitration suit over ownership of the Zangezur mine, a CivilNet review of public documents found.
