Yerevan protest calls for urgent action for Artsakh Armenians
On July 12, demonstrators gathered in Freedom Square in Yerevan to protest the Armenian government’s declining support for displaced Artsakh Armenians. The rally drew roughly hundreds of people and included both Armenians from Artsakh and others showing solidarity.
It’s very nice to see high level contacts between Armenia and Turkey. We wasted 30 years by relying only on the Russians. However, let’s not be naive about this particular Turkish government. If I were Mr. Pashinian, I would prepare Armenia’s armed forces for an upcoming conflict. Azeris and the Turks are just waiting for a weaker Iran to make their moves. The hideous declarations made by The Organization of Islamic Cooperation is a pre-warning to Armenia. Let’s not hide from the white elephant in the room!
