    The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet in Washington next week for another round of peace talks. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said that Armenia “has no right” to negotiate on the future status of Nagorno-Karabakh. Armen Grigoryan, the head of Armenia’s Security Council, said Yerevan may sign a peace deal with Baku by the end of the year. A Yerevan court ordered that Gayane Hakobyan, the woman accused of trying to kidnap Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s son, be placed under house arrest.
