Rwandan Genocide 20 Years Later

Prof. Donald Miller, a scholar of both the Armenian and Rwandan genocides, speaks about the 20 years that have passed since the 100 days in 1994 when the ruling Hutu minority in Rwanda killed one million Tutsis. Prof. Miller talks about the recognition and reconciliation efforts, as well as some parallels with the Armenian experience. He also refers to an episode of the official Turkish denial campaign visible even in Kingali.
