Exhibit Unites Past and Present Armenian Lives

Past and present collide in an exhibition combining rare postcards from Anatolia with photographs of many of the same locations captured a century later. Presented by the University of Southern California Institute of Armenian Studies, “Undeliverable: Postcards and Photos of Lives Interrupted,” documents Armenian life from the Ottoman Empire to modern day. Photographer Norair Chahinian and curator Narineh Mirzaeian describe the inspiration behind the installation, on display in USC’s Doheny Memorial Library until December 18.
