Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan announced that there are two confirmed civilian casualties and tens of wounded as a result of Azerbaijani aggression against Nagorno Karabakh.
Beglaryan posted photos of the wounded people on his Twitter page.
“Two civilian deaths & tens of wounded are confirmed, with large damage on infrastructures. Azerbaijan is intentionally targeting civilian objects, including capital #Stepanakert”,- the tweet said.
