Success and Failure in the First Republic of Armenia

What can we take away from the short lived First Republic of Armenia. In a short period of time, when the head of government changed four times, what was a success and what constituted a failure in the First Republic. How should we examine the past? Does the fact that the Republic only lasted two years mean it was a failure?

CivilNet TV’s Tatul Hakopyan joins us to provide an understanding of the First Republic and some context with which to discuss it. He touches on the difficulties of working with the Bolshevik’s and Kemalist’s as neighbors and potentially adversarial entities, as well as what was taking place internally.
