The Organization for the Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Chairperson, Miroslav Lajčák, urged Armenia and Azerbaijan to take advantage of the current momentum and aim to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

“There is a new momentum; and there are also expectations… What we need to do now is to turn this momentum into concrete steps on the ground,” said Lajčák in an interview with the Azerbaijani Turan news agency.

Speaking about recent developments in the negotiation process, Lajčák praised the newfound dialogue between the sides.
