30 years after the earthquake, while on a journey of rediscovery through his hometown Gyumri, Gegham Mughnetsyan and the Civilnet crew visited Marine Nuroyan who with her daughters spent more than a day under the ruins of a 9-story building and the photograph taken of them following their rescue became the symbol of Gyumri’s rebirth after the catastrophe.
