Since last December, recycling bins have been popping up all around Yerevan. Their goal? To have a greener and cleaner city.
The program to clean the city of garbage and introduce a culture of waste recycling is one of the seven steps announced by Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan.
However, shortly after the start of the project complaints began to appear online about the dumping of other household waste in recycling bins.
