Armenia’s security chief says Yerevan will respond to Baku’s peace plan ‘soon’

  • Armenia will send Azerbaijan a response to a peace proposal recently put forward by Baku “soon,” Security Council head Armen Grigoryan said.
  • Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said he is “not sure” that Yerevan and Baku can reach a peace agreement by the year’s end.
