Armen Mkrtchyan is a war veteran who had problems with his health, finding a place to live, and delays in receiving his war veteran’s allowance. After CivilNet aired a report about him, that allowance was paid regularly, and well-wishers offered him accommodation and helped him find a job. Armen has changed and now has a more positive attitude towards life. Over the past two years, Azatamart has made 150 programs highlighting people’s problems.
