Vahram Kazhoyan is the Head of the International Organisations and Human Rights Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Secretary-General of the Armenian National Commission for UNESCO. He is charge of organizing the Third Global Forum against the crime of genocide in Yerevan. The Forum will take place from December 9 to December 11.
