An Azerbaijani missile strike on Karabakh’s capital of Stepanakert has injured 10 civilians in a rescue services building.
The strike, which occurred at roughly 2:30pm on October 2, damaged the building as well as cars near the area. h

French President Emmanuel Macron has stated that the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs will soon launch a number of initiatives on Nagorno-Karabakh, according to Reuters.
The OSCE Minsk Group – co-chaired by France, Russia, and the US – is tasked with spearheading a peaceful solution to the Karabakh conflict.
Macron announced the news during a summit of European Union leaders in Brussels on October 1.
