From Armenian to Turkish Translating Zabel Yesayan

Mehmet Fatih Uslu is a Turkish scholar who has translated the works of Zabel Yesayan from Armenian to Turkish.

Uslu traveled from Istanbul to Los Angeles to participate in Innovate Armenia, a festival of ideas and innovation that took place at the University of Southern California on May 18.

Uslu, who is an Assistant Professor of Turkish Language and Literature, presented on his adventures with Armenian and Zabel Yesayan.

Innovate Armenia is organized by the USC Institute of Armenian Studies. The program featured fifty participants, from six countries, and nearly 4,000 attendees. This is the fourth time in five years that this unique event has been staged by the Institute.
