UNited Efforts for Armenia

In 1992, the very young Republic of Armenia was admitted as a member of the United Nations. That same year, the UN established its office in Armenia and since that time has brought assistance and expertise to the country through its various agencies. Bradley Busetto, the UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative for Armenia spoke to CivilNet about the role of the UN and the launch of the first-ever Human Rights Action Plan together with the government of Armenia and other international organizations.
