Armenia’s opposition starts sit-in protest, calling on Pashinyan to resign

  • Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has met in Yerevan with the US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Andrew Schofer.
  • Members of the opposition Homeland Party, led by former National Security Service chief Artur Vanetsyan, launched a sit-in protest in Yerevan’s Freedom Square, calling on the Pashinyan government to resign.
