About Nadia Gortzounian

A native of Marseille (France), Nadia studied medicine at the Paris VII University and holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris. She has approximately 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry at Merck and Co in France and has worked in various areas, including medicine, marketing and sales. She was appointed President of AGBU France and AGBU Europe in 2016 and was elected to the Central Board of AGBU in 2020. Since 2024, she has been co-president of AGBU France. As a response to the 2020 war in Artsakh, she co-founded Santé Armenie (French medical humanitarian association) and serves as its treasurer. Nadia is also Treasurer and General Secretary of the Coordination Council of Armenian Organizations in France (CCAF), as well as a member of the board of the French University in Armenian (UFAR) since 2019. She lives in Paris with her children and grandchildren.
