Lernapat Village is in the Lori Province in Northern Armenia. The village leader wants to knock down a barn and build a road through it. The man who owns the barn is disabled and living on a pension. So why must the road go through this man’s barn when this could obviously be avoided? It seems to have nothing to do with transportation and everything to do with who the man supported in past elections.

Protesters led by Mikael Adjapahyan, Archbishop of the northwestern Shirak region, left Gyumri today with plans to join Archbishop of Tavush Bagrat Galstanyan’s march as it approaches Yerevan.
